TENNET SAFETY AWARENESS PROGRAM
Thrust Consult developed a long term safety program aimed at improving and consolidating safety at Tennet. Safety workshops are being deployed to reach all levels of the organization.
AIR FRANCE-KLM IT OPERATIONS INTEGRATION PROGRAM
Thrust Consult supported Air France-KLM by integrating its operational IT departments. A long term assignment with impact on management and employees in the Netherlands and France. Next to integration from a technical point of view it involved mobilising technical experts from different cultures to change work-methods and perform accordingly.
PEPSICO VISION & STRATEGY DEPLOYMENT FOR QUAKER NL
Quacker NL, member of the PepsiCo family approached Thrust Consult with the request to support them in deploying the worldwide vision and strategy for the Dutch market(strategy deployment). Through interactive meetings and workshops and in close cooperation with management from Quacker the vision was created and embedded in local work processes and behaviour.
MERCK SERONO R&D ALIGNMENT
Merck Serono approached Thrust Consult with the request to learn an international R&D community to embrace a project management approach for their discovery process. Researchers and their supportive staff learned through workshops and training sessions in Geneva, Darmstadt and Boston to get more out of their projects.
